Terms and Conditions of Service

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the client (hereinafter referred to as the User) and the company (hereinafter referred to as the Provider) in the context of using virtual (VPS) and dedicated server rental services, as well as related offerings.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and all associated policies.1. Service Orders and Activation
1.1. Services are activated only after successful payment and, if required, completion of identity verification.
1.2. The Provider reserves the right to refuse activation without explanation if the order poses a risk of legal or security violations.See: Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy
2. Acceptable Use of Services
2.1. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services without refund:
Spam or mass unsolicited communications
Malware distribution
Hosting illegal or prohibited content
Participation in DDoS attacks or botnets
2.2. The User bears full responsibility for all content and actions performed on the rented server.
2.3. The Services are intended solely for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Any registration by, use of or access to the Services by anyone under eighteen (18) is unauthorized and in violation of this Terms. By registering for or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older.See: Terms of Use for Dedicated Servers and VPS
3. Payment Policy
3.1. All services must be prepaid. The User is solely responsible for ensuring timely payments.
3.2. Failure to pay on time will result in automatic service suspension or termination.
3.3. The Provider is not obliged to send payment reminders.See: Payment Policy for Dedicated Servers and VPS
4. Subscription and Renewal
4.1. Subscriptions do not auto-renew. It is the User’s responsibility to manually track expiration dates and renew services in time.
4.2. Services are canceled upon expiration if not renewed. No refunds are issued for unused time.See: Subscription Cancellation Policy
5. Refund Policy
5.1. Refunds are granted only in the following cases:
Service activation is technically impossible through the Provider’s fault
Cancellation prior to service activation
5.2. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only, with a 10% processing fee deducted.
5.3. No refunds are provided in cases of terms violations or service suspension due to abuse.See: Refund Policy
6. Identity Verification (KYC)
6.1. The Provider reserves the right to request identity verification at any time before or after service activation.
6.2. Verification is performed exclusively through the Sumsub platform.
6.3. Failure to complete verification will result in order cancellation and/or service suspension.See: Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy
7. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance
7.1. All cryptocurrency transactions are subject to AML screening via third-party payment processors: Cryptomus and CoinPayments.
7.2. Transactions flagged as high-risk may be delayed, suspended, or blocked pending further investigation.
7.3. The Provider may request proof of legal source of funds. In the absence of such, the Provider may deny service and/or refund.See: Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy
8. Liability
8.1. The User assumes full responsibility for any content hosted and activity conducted on their server.
8.2. The Provider is not liable for damages resulting from service suspension caused by policy violations or abuse.
8.3. All actions performed through the service are considered to be initiated by the User.9. Acceptance of Terms
By ordering and using our services, you:
Confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms
Agree to comply with all linked policies (KYC, AML, Refunds, Payments, etc.)
Commit to lawful and responsible usage of the service
